PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY & AUTHORITY:
1. Organizational Branding: • Lead the branding efforts for services, products, events, and methodologies. • Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies that promote companys core values and identity across all platforms. • Ensure consistency in branding and messaging in all communications and marketing initiatives.
2. Sales Promotion: • Develop creative and engaging sales promotion campaigns aimed at increasing sales and market reach. • Work closely with sales teams to create promotional strategies that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results. • Entertain clients and engage in relationship-building activities to improve customer loyalty and sales performance.
3. Promotion Schemes and Strategies: • Prepare and execute various schemes, offers, and promotional strategies to boost product and service visibility. • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to design effective marketing tactics. • Manage promotional budgets and track the ROI of marketing initiatives
4. Event Coordination: • Lead the coordination of marketing events such as job fairs, college recruitment drives, and product launches. • Collaborate with educational institutions and corporate partners to enhance brand visibility through event marketing. • Manage logistics, sponsorships, and vendor relations to ensure the successful execution of events.
5. Lead Generation: • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads for Biomedical products and services. • Use various digital and offline marketing channels to attract and engage potential clients. • Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales opportunities.
6. Internal Branding and Public Relations: • Support internal branding initiatives by collaborating with the HR and PR teams to build a strong corporate culture. • Develop internal communications strategies to ensure employees are aligned with the company’s branding and mission. • Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company’s reputation and media presence.
7. Preowned Marketing: • Lead the marketing efforts for companys preowned products and services. • Create targeted campaigns that highlight the value proposition of preowned offerings to different customer segments. • Analyze customer feedback and market performance to optimize preowned marketing strategies.
8. Customer Engagement & Curiosity Generation: • Develop campaigns and strategies that generate curiosity and excitement among clients and prospects about companys offerings. • Use storytelling and creative content to captivate audiences and drive engagement. • Monitor customer feedback and adjust marketing strategies to ensure they resonate with the audience's evolving needs.
PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or MBA Marketing.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • 10 Years’ experience in Marketing
